Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using the Orchestrator website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Permitted use
You may use Orchestrator to:
- Write, review, and improve software code
- Plan and implement software architecture changes
- Generate and review tests for your codebase
You may not use Orchestrator to generate malicious code, violate applicable laws, or infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
Intellectual property
Code you write using Orchestrator remains yours. We do not claim ownership over the output of your work sessions. The Orchestrator product, trademarks, and website content are owned by Orchestrator and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
Orchestrator is provided “as is” during the early access period. We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the preceding 12 months.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will notify you of material changes by email or via in-product notification. Continued use of Orchestrator after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
